With its iconic blue and white design, the yoga mat is often seen as the most comfortable way to practice yoga.
But a new study finds it may not be quite as comfortable as it looks.
Recode is looking at the best yoga mat styles for yoga.
Read moreRead moreThe researchers, from the Australian National University, looked at the comfort of yoga mats.
They looked at people who practiced yoga daily in the Australian Capital Territory (ACT) and in the Western Australian region.
They found that, compared with a standard mat, yoga mats are about 2 to 2.5 times more comfortable for both women and men, depending on their age, and that the comfort was lower in older women.
However, the researchers also found that a variety of yoga techniques, including yoga breathing, yoga postures and meditation were more comfortable on yoga mats than on other yoga mats, even after adjusting for gender, age and level of physical activity.
This is because yoga mats don’t provide as much cushioning as other yoga mat types.
This could be due to the fact that a lot of the cushioning on yoga mat designs is done to make the mat softer.
But it could also be because yoga mat design has evolved over time to provide better comfort, which could also explain why women are generally better at yoga.
In addition, some yoga mats offer more cushioning than others.
The researchers also looked at yoga mat patterns and comfort levels of different types of yoga.
The research was published in the Journal of Health Psychology.
