Yoga can be an alternative to the physical, and it can also be a way of being present in the world.

But yoga, like any other discipline, is also about self-knowledge and self-growth.

When you are in the process of learning a new skill, you have to put yourself first.

You have to practice.

You are not perfect.

You can be a little bit better at what you do than you would like.

But you also have to take responsibility for yourself.

I’ve found that when I have had a period of time where I was too busy with my job or work to practice, I started to feel like I was not in the right body to practice yoga.

And I started having doubts about myself.

I had a very hard time believing that yoga could help me, as well as my body, so I started looking for a new way to practice and I found the spiritual connection that yoga offered.

Yoga has a lot of traditions in it, but it is a way for you to feel connected to the universe and feel that you are a part of it.

It is about creating a place where you can feel like you belong.
