I’ve used the Jade pad cleaner in conjunction with a warm-up routine where I was doing the yoga mat for 15 minutes before I went to bed. 

After the warm-ups, I would then use the pad cleaner to help clean my mat and make it ready for the next day.

How to Clean a Jade Pad:To clean a Jade pad, you first need to clean the mat using the green pad cleaner. 

Clean the mat up with the green cleaning brush, then place it into a clean jar and gently massage the pad with your fingertips. 

Rub the pad gently against the surface of the mat and then squeeze the cleaner out with a finger. 

Try to avoid scrubbing the mat or rubbing the mat hard with your finger.

If you want, you can put some soap on the pad and then use it as a gentle hand scrubbing mat cleaner.

Once you are satisfied with how it feels, simply clean the pad down with the washable cleaning brush. 

Again, do not let the pad sit on the mat for more or longer than 15-20 minutes.

Five parks in Jerusalem are offering yoga poses for a special edition of prana, the energy of life.

The parks offer three types of pranas: pranas (energy), vinyas (power) and samas (consciousness).

These three pranas, which represent the three main energy centers in the body, are linked together and represent the soul of the body.

The park at the West Bank village of Beit Shemesh has five parks: a prana park, a vinya park, an ashram park, and a samas park.

NEW YORK — Five yoga videos from five yoga studios are up for grabs this year on the PlayStation Vue channel.

The videos feature three different studios, and are all based in New York City.

One is a private studio run by Yoga Instructor Dave Pogue.

Another is a yoga studio that’s based in Los Angeles, with the founder, Vashti Kapoor, a former member of the cast of “The Apprentice.”

And there’s another studio in Manhattan, where yoga instructor and producer Anupriya Patel is teaching yoga classes.

Patel has been practicing yoga for 10 years.

Yoga instructor Vashte Kapoor performs yoga classes at the Brooklyn College studios.

She is also a former “The Voice” contestant.

These five studios are all available to watch on PlayStation Vues.

It’s a rare opportunity to get to see the practice that Patel and Pogue have done.

Pogue and Kapoor are both celebrities in their own right.

Pique is an executive producer of “Carpool Karaoke” and the upcoming “Sons of Anarchy.”

Kapoor is the creator of the “S.N.A.” series and also produces shows on YouTube.
