Yoga poses yoga six

A yoga teacher has created a six-day yoga course that teaches students how to pose in the right way, and to do it with an eye to staying active and feeling relaxed throughout the day. 

The course, which is titled Yoga Pose Yoga, teaches yoga poses, a series of six poses which include sitting, standing, lying down, lying on one’s stomach, sitting up and sitting down.

The course is designed for beginners and has a three-week start, which means students can start at the beginning and finish at the end of the course.
