Josh Gad’s Yoga Class Is a “Dangerous and Unusual Experience” for Younger Girls

Josh Gad and his wife Sarah Beath share their yoga class on Monday, Oct. 20, 2017 in Washington, DC.

The duo opened up about the “dangerous and unusual” experience they experienced while doing the yoga.

“We were all in this room,” Gad said.

“And there was a yoga instructor.

And we were all just looking at each other and kind of being like, ‘OK, what do we do now?'”

“So the instructor just kind of walked up to us and started speaking to us, and then she started talking to the students,” Gad added.

“She was like, you know, how to do the pose, and how to stand, and all the rest of it.”

The yoga class is called the “20 Minute Yoga,” and it takes 20 minutes.

Gad said it’s a good way to start out the day, but that’s just the start.

“It’s a great opportunity to be around other people and have conversations about yoga,” Gad told the New York Times.

“If it helps you feel more comfortable, that’s great.”

Sarah Beatt, Sarah Gad, and Josh Gad in a studio with the New Line Cinema production “20 Minutes Yoga” on Sept. 30, 2017.

The cast and crew from the New Kids on the Block movie, “20 minutes,” shared their thoughts on the yoga class and their own yoga practice.

“The most important thing is that everyone is able to get through the class and get through their day,” Gad explained.

“There’s nothing like this that we haven’t done, or that we can’t do.”

Gad also shared a bit about the yoga scene in Hollywood and the challenges it can be for women.

“I think it’s very, very important to recognize that, because we’re not always able to fully be our full selves in the world,” he said.

“[In Hollywood] there are people who are just very, so very beautiful, but they’re not able to be fully themselves in a way that’s representative of who they are.”
