I don’t know if I have the right person to coach a group of kids, but I do know I wish the first year of yoga would have been about the sport rather than the game.

It’s not just about what you do, but what you look like and how you act.

You can wear all different styles of clothing, but you’ll be welcomed by all the different students.

What I love about yoga is that you’re not always going to be in the same spot.

There are so many places to be and you don’t have to think about where you are.

What are some things you would like to do with your students during class?

I love teaching with students who can share ideas, learn and have fun, and this can include getting them to be creative, but also share their own thoughts and feelings.

I want to have a positive legacy for yoga.

I want to show my students that we are all on the same journey, that everyone can achieve their dreams, that all of us are all trying to do the best we can, and that yoga can be a place where you can reach your highest potential.

What does yoga teach?

Yoga is about sharing your truth, not hiding it.

We are all born with different personalities, strengths, and weaknesses, and we all have different needs.

Yoga offers us a safe place where we can come together and talk about our needs, our dreams, and our values.

What is the yoga teacher’s responsibility?

The teacher is always the teacher, and the students are always the students.

If you’re a beginner, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed with the choice of classes, and not being able to choose your teacher is a real barrier to a happy learning experience.

But, you donĀ“t have to feel like you have to choose, because we are here to help.

You don’t need to be a teacher to take your students on a journey together.

You just need to love the process of teaching.

I really enjoy seeing all of the wonderful teachers I meet and meeting all of my students.

It’s so inspiring to see the growth of my class and what we are able to accomplish in the future.
